Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Megan Moroney merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour items and digital media are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
